About
Hi!
I'm Jazmin M. Allen, Esq., Business Lawyer & Brand Publicist. I am on a mission to help entrepreneurs and new business owners form their business entities, develop their business plans, market their brands, and protect their billion-dollar ideas.
Values
"We live by creating connections, building businesses, and leaving legacies."
WHY WE CHOOSE OUR CLIENTS
“We choose our clients because we believe in their vision and I see great potential in what they’re building. It’s not our job to rebrand what our clients have, but to offer them tools and resources to expand what they already have to present something unique and memorable to the world. It’s important that our clients not only build impactful brands, but also structure their businesses on a strong legal foundation. As your business lawyer and publicist, we are a representative of your brand. As we work together, we will use our skills in digital communications, public relations, business, and law to ensure that your brand is the best representation of you. We're ready to invest in you.”
